This comprehensive program is meticulously crafted to empower individuals with advanced data competencies, encompassing critical areas such as data asset management, regulatory adherence, and sophisticated cross-border data applications. The instructional approach integrates theoretical policy insights with hands-on case studies and scenario-based learning, ensuring participants gain both conceptual understanding and practical expertise. Successful completion of the program is recognized through a triple certification: a joint credential from eBRAM and Canton Data Exchange, an advanced Chief Data Officer (CDO) competency evaluation endorsed by the MIIT Talent Exchange Center, and a Certified Data Compliance Counselor designation from the Canton Data Exchange. The program, delivered in Mandarin, is specifically designed for Hong Kong-based professionals actively involved in data-related businesses within the GBA, with sessions scheduled for November 6th at Justice Place in Hong Kong and November 7th at the Canton Data Exchange. Financial incentives are offered for early registration, with pricing set at $11,600 for early birds (until October 29th), $13,600 for standard enrollment, and $10,600 for strategic partners.
